The standard
Consistency is the whole trick.
01
One roast level per coffee.
We pick the roast that suits the bean and we stop there. No light-and-dark version of the same lot to hedge our bets.
02
Recipes on the wall.
Dose, yield, time. Written where you can see it, dialed twice a day, the same in every cup we hand across the bar.
03
The cup tells you what's in it.
Green for matcha, tan for milk drinks, brown for black coffee. One less thing to ask, one less order handed to the wrong person.

Every bag is labeled by hand the morning it leaves the roaster — who roasted it, when, and what it should taste like. Subscribe and the next one shows up before you run out.

Craft
Three colors. One wordmark. That’s the system.
Forest, kraft, and espresso — recycled board, soy ink, no laminate. On a cup those colors are a code: green is matcha, tan has milk in it, brown is black coffee. You can read the bar from across the room.

The roaster runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It gets loud and it smells extremely good — you have been warned.
